The consultant who actually builds the thing
I'm Ian Bensley. I help businesses use AI and automation to remove the manual, repetitive work quietly draining their teams - and unlike most consultants, I don't stop at the advice. I build and ship the systems, and I build them to mould around the tools you already use, not the other way round.
My background is in actually building software: I designed and built Solstral, a full business operating system, from the ground up. That means when I tell you something is possible - or that it isn't - it's coming from someone who has shipped serious systems, not read about them.
The work spans the whole picture: AI agents, workflow and operational automation, system and data integration, secure implementations for sensitive data, and the marketing that surrounds it - websites, lead capture and campaigns. Strategy and execution, from one person, based in Sydney.
How I work
One person, accountable for the whole thing
No account managers, no telephone game between a strategist and a dev shop. You work directly with the person doing the thinking and the building - so nothing gets lost in translation and things actually ship.
I mould what I build around the tools you already use. The goal is systems that fit how you operate, not a rip-and-replace that leaves you worse off than before.
