No. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on however you like. Most clients do go on to build with me because we've already scoped it together - but there's no obligation.
Usually one to two weeks from our first session to the written roadmap, depending on how many teams and processes are in scope.
The opposite. I have no preferred vendor - the goal is your outcome. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process should be fixed or scrapped before any software touches it.
I build it. Strategy and execution come from the same person - I map what's worth doing, then actually make it and hand it over documented and monitored.
That's the default. I build around your existing stack wherever possible rather than forcing a rip-and-replace, so your team keeps the tools they know.
No. No preferred vendor - I recommend and build with whatever gets you the outcome, and I'll happily tell you when you need less software, not more.
It starts with a first call and, for larger work, a short assessment. I quote per project once the scope is clear, so you know the number before anything begins. You own everything I build, with no lock-in.
