How an engagement works, start to finish

Every project is different, but most follow the same simple path. Here's what working with me looks like.

1. First call

You tell me what's slowing your business down. I give you an honest read on whether AI and automation are worth it - no pitch. Book one here.

2. Assessment or scope

For anything more than a small job, we start with a short readiness assessment: I map how your business runs and hand you a prioritised, costed roadmap you keep either way.

3. Build

I build and ship the system - moulded around the tools you already use - and test it against real scenarios before it goes live.

4. Handover

You get documentation, monitoring and a walkthrough. Everything I build is yours, with no lock-in.

5. Support

I'm available to extend and maintain what I've built as your business changes.
