I keep this simple and quote per project once I understand the scope. Common shapes:

Assessment

A fixed-scope readiness assessment with a costed roadmap as the deliverable.

Project build

A defined build - an automation, an AI agent, a website, an integration - quoted up front against an agreed scope.

Ongoing support

A retainer to maintain, extend and add to what's been built as your needs grow.

Whatever the shape, there's no preferred vendor and no lock-in: you own what I build. Get a quote.
